Returns and Exchanges

• Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or special-order cutting machines and consumables (such as blades, filters, or abrasive materials) are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@cricutus.store or call +1 (916) 367-1215 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
3. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees may be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your cutting machine arrives defective or damaged, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no additional cost.
